This ampoule is made in Korea, and unsurprisingly, has Niacinamide high on the ingredients list. It's sort of unavoidable in Korean skincare in 2026, and although I don't dislike it as an ingredient, it's EVERYWHERE and it ends up being duplicative a lot of the time when every product has it as its superstar ingredient, plus some people are sensitive to it. Furthermore, this contains several fragrancing ingredients, which I'm not sure why we're still doing in the year of our dark lord 2026. Fragrancing ingredients like the ones contained in this mist can do nothing but potentially irritate your skin. I still decided to give this a shot after cleansing and toning in place of my usual serums, and it does spray a fairly fine mist out of the pump, but it is strongly fragranced. I doubt this will do anything any of my go-to fragrance free serums don't do, but it didn't have a sticky finish, which I guess is nice.

I have heard of Alpen Moor 1618 but it’s one of the few k-beauty brands I had never tried. I recently ordered the Crystal Mist. This is a 3.38 ounce misting bottle of toner style ampoule that is designed to provide deep hydration and a radiant glow. It is bi-phase and I cannot get enough of bi-phase products! This features lovely key ingredients like Volufiline, Peptides, Moor Water, Niacinamide, Adenosine & Rose PDRN. It does include oil - as all bi-phase products do, and has a bit of a fragrance that I think is delicate and lovely. It’s free of alcohol, parabens, sulfates and silicone. I really love this mist. After shaking, it is milky in color and mists on so nicely. Patting it into my skin, I love how instantly soft and nourished it feels - it’s quite impressive. It absorbs really nicely and leaves my skin just feeling fantastic all day! I like to do multiple layers of toner and am using this as my last layer because it truly makes my skin look so glowy which is something I’m always chasing. I have had no adverse reactions and am in love with this one - excited to have it in my regime. Price wise, Alpen Moor is known as a higher end Korean skincare brand and the price is so reasonable that I think it’s so well worth it and I definitely recommend it!
