Korean cleanser with multiple skin-healthy ingredients

My wife prefers foaming face washes as it spreads more easily and feels more clean to her. Although she has tried salicylic acid before, she has never tried moor powder. Moor powder is useful for regular exfoliation of your skin, not just avoiding acne and blemishes. The addition of centella is also a plus as it's popular in skincare nowadays. She also appreciates that it is suitable for sensitive, combination, and acne-prone skin since she often shares facial cleansers with our teenage daughter. Further pluses are that this cleanser is marked as made in Korea and even has an expiration noted.

Gentle Cleanser That Still Feels Thorough

I’ve been enjoying this Mineral Magic Cleanser. It starts out creamy and turns into a soft foam as you work it into the skin. It gives me a thorough cleanse without leaving that tight, squeaky-clean feeling afterward.

One thing I really like is that there’s no noticeable scent. I also like that it contains BHA, moor mineral powder, amino acids, and centella.

After rinsing, my skin feels clean and refreshed but still comfortable, not dry or stripped. Overall, it’s been a nice addition to my routine when I want a deeper-feeling cleanse without that uncomfortable after feel.

gentle cleanser, fresh skin

I've been using this cleansing foam for a while, and I really like how clean and fresh my skin feels after washing. you only need a small amount, and when you add water, it creates a rich, cushiony foam that feels really nice on the skin. The foam spreads easily and makes cleansing feel gentle and comfortable. It does a good job of washing away sunscreen, excess oil, and the daily buildup that accumulates on my skin throughout the day. After rinsing, my skin feels clean without that overly dry or stripped feeling that I've experienced with some other cleansers. I eapecially like that my skin doesn't feel tight afterward.Overall, this has become a cleanser i enjoy using every day. It gives me that fresh, clean feeling while still leaving my skin feeling comfortable and balanced. A little goes a long way, which is another nice bonus.

BHA Cream-to-Foam Mineral Face Wash Cleanser

This is a nice everyday cleanser for anyone who prefers a deeper-feeling wash without the stripped sensation. It's a cream-to-foam cleanser, so it starts out creamy but develops a nice lather when worked with water. What I like most is that it leaves my face feeling clean and refreshed. It does a good job of removing everyday oil, dirt, and buildup without making my skin feel completely stripped afterward. I think it's important to note that I do not wear makeup, so I cannot speak to its effectiveness with removing buildup from leftover makeup. The BHA component is a nice addition for anyone who prefers a cleanser geared toward oily or blemish-prone skin. I like having something that feels like it's giving my skin a more thorough cleanse while still being comfortable enough for regular use. The texture is easy to work with, and a relatively small amount produces a good amount of foam. The 4.05-ounce bottle is also a convenient size for keeping on the bathroom counter or taking along when traveling. After washing, my skin feels clean without feeling excessively dry or tight. That balance is important to me because I want a cleanser that can handle excess oil without leaving my face feeling uncomfortable afterward. Just remember that everyone's skin reacts differently to active ingredients, so I'd introduce it gradually if you're not accustomed to BHA products.

Nice cleanser, smells great

I’ve never been one to use anything on my face, but I tried this because it is supposed to boost the microbiome and it has 17 amino acids in it so it seems like it would be a healthy skin care to go from only ever using water on my face to trying something, it needed to be something that seemed like it was good. I must say that I am pleasantly surprised the cleanser comes out a thick and it’s kind of a greenish gray color. I mix it with a little bit of water and then spread it all over my face. I squeeze out about an inch of it and that is plenty. I probably used it about five or six times already my skin feels very soft and clean it has a very nice scent to it. I don’t really have any skin problems to try to get rid of, but I felt like maybe the amino acids might just be good for my aging skin and so far so good.

Gentle clean for sensitive skin

This is a nice cleanser. It is very thick and a little goes a long way. The cream has a very faint nondescript natural scent. If you are sensitive to fragrances, this absolutely will not aggravate you. With about a pea size amount, the cream will spread evenly over the face and foam up nicely. When it says soft, it really means it. This leaves your skin soft and clean. It doesn’t strip the skin or leave it tight or dry.I took away one star because I prefer my cleanser to have the ability to remove waterproof makeup. This struggles a bit. I would really want to rate this a 4.5.If you have sensitive skin and are looking for a great daily cleanser, this is an excellent option.

Soothing yet clarifying face wash

I didn’t realize this was a K-Beauty brand initially and was actually drawn to the “Alpen Moor” mud used in the cleanser which is supposed to be of Austrian origin. Supposedly this mud can help detox and revitalize skin. Combined with the benefits of Korean skincare products, it feels like a very promising cleanser. It’s a thicker formulation, but does rinse out well. It does seem to both cleanse and exfoliate and leaves the skin feeling nice and smooth but not dry.Ingredients list:Water, Myristic Acid, Glycerin, Lauric Acid, Potassium Hydroxide, Butylene Glycol, Palmitic Acid, GlyceryI Stearate SE, Stearic Acid, Glycol Distearate, Beeswax, 1,2-Hexanediol, PEG-32, Peat, Glycine Soja (Soy bean) Lipids, Dipotassium Glycynhizate, Glycine, Serine, Glutamic Acid, Biosaccharide Gum-4, Sodium Hyaluronate, Aspartic Acid, Leucine, Alanine, Lysine, Arginine, Tyrosine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Proline, Valine, Isoleucine, Histidine, Methionine, Cysteine, Angelica Tenuissima Root Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Nardostachys Chinensis Root Extract, Schizonepeta Tenuifolia Extract, Dipropylene Glycol, Salicylic Acid, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Disodium EDTA, Hydroxyacetophenone, Caprylyl Glycol, Allantoin, Sodium Chloride, Polyquaternium-7, Sodium Benzoate, Benzyl Salicylate, Hexyl Cinnamal, Hexamethylindanopyran, Fragrance

Gentle Cleanser with a Rich, Creamy Feel

This is a nice everyday facial cleanser. It has a creamy texture that lathers well with water and rinses away easily without leaving any residue behind. After using it, my skin felt clean and refreshed without feeling overly dry or tight. It seems gentle enough for regular use while still doing a good job removing the day's oil and buildup. It works well at getting the makeup off, too.The tube contains 4.05 ounces, which is a generous size compared to many facial cleansers, so it should last a while. It works well and is a good value for the cost.

Rich lather and leaves my skin feeling soft

I’ve been very pleased with this mineral facial cleanser. It creates a rich lather that almost feels like soap, but it rinses away cleanly without leaving any residue behind. After rinsing, my skin feels fresh, very clean, and surprisingly soft. It doesn’t make my skin feel dry or tight, which I love.I like that it contains centella, green tea, and hyaluronic acid to help support hydration and calm my skin while cleansing. Even though it gives my skin a deep clean, it doesn’t leave it feeling stripped.

Gentle foaming cleanser that doesn't dry my skin

The first time I used this cleanser, I dispensed way too much—a little goes a very long way. It lathers into a rich foam with a faint clay-like scent, and leaves my face feeling very clean and refreshed without that tight, stripped feeling that some foaming cleansers can cause. My dry and thin (I'm in my 60s) skin feels clean but still comfortable and moisturized after rinsing. The cleanser has a pleasant texture and rinses away easily without leaving any residue. I've found it works well for removing sunscreen, light water-based makeup, and powder products. However, it didn't completely remove my waxy eye pencil, which is fairly typical for a foaming cleanser, so I still use a separate eye makeup remover or cleansing balm for heavier or waterproof eye makeup. I've had no irritation or stinging at all with this product. It appears this product is made in Switzerland. Overall, this is an effective daily cleanser that leaves my skin feeling fresh, clean, and comfortable, and a little product lasts a long time.

Strong cleansing, yet gentle enough for my very dry and sensitive skin.

I am a big fan of Korean skincare. I’ve tried a lot of products made in that country, and I have almost always been very happy with how they work.Unlike many other Korean skincare products, this cleanser has its ingredient list and other information printed in English, both on the tube and on the outer box.It has an unusual color for a cleanser. It is light brown. It has a very light, barely noticeable scent, which is rather pleasant.Right out of the tube, the texture looks slightly uneven and grainy, but it is actually very soft and creamy. It doesn't resemble a typical gel or lotion cleanser. What is also unusual about this Alpen MOOR 1618 Mineral Magic cleanser is that, compared to other cleansers I’ve used, it creates a very rich, dense foam, and you only need a tiny amount to cleanse your entire face and neck. The label doesn't say whether it is intended for dry, normal, or oily skin.I have very dry skin, so I was a bit cautious when I first used it. Compared to most of my cleansers made for dry skin, this one cleanses noticeably better. While rinsing my face, I can almost feel a squeaky-clean sensation. It is quite effective at removing heavy makeup or thick layers of skincare products. It also cleans pores better than many other cleansers.Immediately after rinsing, I follow with my usual toner, serum or essence, and then a cream. When used this way, this cleanser hasn't caused any dryness or tightness on my face or neck. I am not sure how it would work on dry skin if used alone without moisturizing and soothing products afterward. My skin is also very sensitive, and it hasn’t caused even the slightest redness or irritation. Despite its strong cleansing power, it feels very comfortable on the skin.Overall, it feels safe for daily use, even on my very dry and sensitive skin. The expiration date is printed on both the outer box and the tube, and mine expires in about three years from now.

Soft cream‑to‑foam wash that leaves skin fresh

This cleanser starts as a thick cream and quickly turns into a rich foam when mixed with water. A very small amount spreads easily, creating a soft lather that feels comfortable on the skin. The formula includes BHA, moor mineral powder, amino acids, and centella, and it gives a deeper clean without leaving the face tight or dry. The scent is extremely light, almost unnoticeable, which makes it easy to use if you prefer fragrance free products.

It rinses clean and leaves the skin feeling fresh and balanced. It handles daily buildup, oil, and sunscreen well, and the texture makes it simple to work across the face without needing much product. The bottle size is convenient for a bathroom counter or travel, and the cream consistency helps control how much comes out.

Overall, this is a gentle but thorough cleanser that creates a dense foam, feels comfortable during use, and leaves the skin clean without stripping it. It fits well into a daily routine for anyone who wants a soft, creamy wash that transforms into a full foam.

Foams up really well

The texture changes from a smooth cream to a thick lather pretty fast. It feels nice on the face and rinses clear without leaving any slippery film behind. Great daily wash if you like foamy cleansers that don't dry you out.

Good quality soft cleansing

This a a very good mineral cleanser, the quality of the soap is good and the feel is clean and soft, is great value for money compared to other brands and makes my face feel clean and soft, smells soft and delicious and I can feel the deep cleansing. It is compatible with my sensitive skin until now no rushes, burn or irritation.only one thing to keep in mind after the cleansing skin might dry because of the deep cleansing I like to compensate with a good hydrating cream. Do not use every day. The skin does not need that.

Does what it needs to do!

This is a non-greasy and fairly effective formula that does what it needs to do. It cleans and moisturizes, and the fragrance is a welcome addition. Good value for the money. Not super moisturizing, but that's totally okay! Would use again, especially as it is very gentle on the skin!

Wife says it’s pricey but effective, skin feels clean without being dry

My wife is an RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) and the first thing she does when she gets home is wash away any funky biological fluids or tiny bits of dental compounds that may have inadvertently flung onto her face behind her shield and mask during procedures throughout the day. She says this cleanser is very effective at making her skin feel very clean without making it dry at all. It’s quick and easy to use, and it has excellent ingredients, and though she says it’s on the pricey side for the quantity you get, it’s a great cleanser so she does recommend it.

Moisturizing and gentle on skin

I didn't really know what to expect from this, but it's a comfortable face wash to use. Definitely moisturizing, and (for anyone wondering) more creamy than exfoliating, texture-wise - very gentle. Not sure how it affects the skin's oiliness or acne, but it didn't seem to cause any breakouts on my face after I used it, and I felt clean. Overall, I'm happy with it.

Quite nice

This cleanser is quite interesting. It doesn't have much of a smell and rather hard to squeeze out onto my hand as it is SO thick, but I don't seem to need a lot of it. Just a small amount really spreads out nicely when wet, leaving a white slightly thick layer on my face and feels soft and kind of like a soap.It feels like it cleans quite well, but when I go to rinse it off it kind of feels are to tell when it's all gone and I keep rinsing for a while, longer than I do for other cleansers. It did kind of still seem to be there when I applied toner after my face dried as it kind of seemed to revive a bit, but perhaps it is supposed to leave a bit of a residue to help the face not dry out. And perhaps I just keep using too much initially as I think I could use a tiny amount and it would still cleanse well.Overall it is quite nice.
